Talk about your positive thinking! Multitude of mercy, holiness, trust, rejoice, shout for joy, defending, love, joyful, bless, favor, shield!!! How could anyone be discouraged after reading that? What more could we ask for?
The multitude of His MERCY!!! What better reason is there for us to want to approach God, knowing He is merciful and will not give us what we deserve? We are assured because of his Holiness that He will not do anything out of injustice. We can trust Him always to do what’s right and what’s best for us and this should cause us to shout for joy! He is always there to protect us and defend us when everything and everyone seem to rise up against us! He promises to bless us as we follow and obey his word, and his favor or Grace encircles us as a shield from all things evil.
As Christians, we know that the mercy of God is present for his children in every moment. His grace abounds and it is sufficient for all of our weaknesses and our needs. Because we know this, we can praise him every day, rejoicing in all that He does for us. Have you put on your praise today??!!
